Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatment for orthopedic injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, pain, mobility limitations, and post-surgical rehabilitation. We also provide preventative movement assessments and wellness-focused physical therapy designed to help you stay active, reduce your risk of injury, and maintain your mobility as you age.

In addition to physical therapy, we offer nutrition consultations that provide practical guidance on healthy eating and hydration to support recovery, improve overall health, and complement your movement and wellness goals.

  • Getting started is easy. Simply schedule your initial physical therapy evaluation through our website. Your first visit includes a comprehensive one-on-one assessment, time to discuss your goals and concerns, and a personalized plan designed specifically for you. Because we are a cash-based practice, you'll receive dedicated, uninterrupted care without the limitations often imposed by insurance.

  • We believe physical therapy is about more than recovering from an injury—it's about helping you move well for life. Every visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist who takes the time to understand your goals, identify the root cause of movement limitations, and develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

In addition to rehabilitation, we emphasize prevention, healthy aging, and long-term wellness through movement assessments, exercise, and nutrition guidance. Our goal is to help you stay active, independent, and doing the things you love for years to come.

  • We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide individualized, one-on-one care without the restrictions often associated with insurance plans, including longer appointment times and treatment plans based on your needs rather than insurance limitations.

Payment is due prior or at the time of service, and we accept major forms of payment. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits, we're happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits before your first visit.

  • We are a cash-based clinic. We will provide you with a superbill to file with your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We recommend calling your insurance company and asking:

    1. Do I need a physician referral for outpatient physical therapy?

    2. Do I need prior authorization?

    3. Does my plan reimburse out-of-network physical therapy?

    4. What CPT codes and diagnosis information will you require?"
